Dr. Williams has over 20 years of dental experience. She was introduced to dentistry as an assistant in her brother-in-law's dental office and soon discovered her love for everything teeth. This led her to the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
After practicing hygiene for several years in a variety of settings, she obtained her dental degree at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon (a national dental honor society). She now holds an appointment as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgical Dentistry and enjoys sharing her love of dentistry with future dentists.
Dr. Williams has been a resident of Stapleton for many years where she lives with her husband and two children. As a parent, she understands the challenges and concerns that other parents have and makes every effort to put children of all ages at ease. Prior to opening her own practice she worked in a pediatric practice where she also ran a clinic for pregnant women. In addition, Dr. Williams has a strong interest in providing comprehensive treatment planning including complex full mouth rehabilitation. Williams Family Dentistry is a true "family practice" with Dr. Williams being very comfortable caring for all members of the family.
Our state-of-the-art dental office was designed and built from the ground up with every patient comfort and convenience in mind. Dr Williams hopes that she is able to provide the highest level of ethical and scientifically based dental care to the neighborhood for many years to come.
Dr. Molly Johnson is thrilled to be joining the team at Williams Family Dentistry. Dr. Johnson has been a resident of Stapleton for over 3 years and loves the sense of community that makes Stapleton so special. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where she was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon (a national dental honor society).
Dentistry is a second career for Dr. Johnson. She attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she played soccer and graduated with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting. She spent 6 years working as an accountant, but ultimately found her work to be unfulfilling. Dentistry was appealing to Dr. Johnson because it is a field that involves lots of patient interaction, demands continuous learning and always has advancements in technology. Dr. Johnson's goal as a dentist is to make her patients feel comfortable and informed while providing high quality dental care.
She lives in Stapleton with her husband, Dennis, and their miniature schnauzer, Mugsy. Dr. Johnson loves the Colorado outdoors and enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and cooking. Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metro Denver Dental Society.
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Cassie recently moved to Denver after graduating dental hygiene school. Cassie attended Missouri State University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. While serving as the Philanthropy Chair for her sorority she came across a wonderful volunteer opportunity with the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, fondly known as the "Tooth Truck." During her two years of volunteering on the Tooth Truck, Cassie developed a passion for dentistry and dental education. After graduating from MSU, Cassie went on to attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.
During her experience in both pediatric and general dentistry she developed a strong passion for education, prevention and communication with her patients.
Cassie enjoys working closely with her patients and takes pride in providing comprehensive dental care.
When she's not in the office Cassie loves to be outdoors, whether it be skiing, hiking, or catching a Rockies game. Cassie also enjoys making it back home to Nebraska to catch a few Husker football games. Even though her heart is in Denver, it still bleeds Husker red!
Heather was born and raised in the city of her favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals! After receiving her bachelor degree in dental hygiene at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, she moved back to St. Louis until getting the opportunity to call Denver her new home. In her free time, you'll find her outside exploring her new city in a pair of running shoes! She is currently signed up for marathons 6 and 7 this year, both for St. Jude Children's Hospital, so if you see her slowing down, give her some words of encouragement, this elevation is tough!
Angel was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She attended the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork and soon after graduating she moved to Colorado for the first time. A few months later she was offered a job in Breckenridge, and it was there that she fell in love with snowboarding, hiking, camping and everything about living in the Rocky Mountains.
After living in Breckenridge for three years she ventured west and lived in San Diego, California, where she developed a running habit that lead her to complete 4 half marathons. Surfing also became an interest and she spent many weekends surfing different spots along the west coast. Although California was great it wasn't enough to keep her from the Rocky Mountains and she moved back to Colorado in February 2014.
Any day Angel is not at work you are likely to find her snowboarding, running, hiking, walking her dog, Pickles, or planning her next adventure.
Shelby is a proud Colorado native and grew up with a love for the outdoors, spending much of her time in the mountains with her family hiking, camping, and catching bugs with her younger brother. Her parents' enthusiasm for off-roading has rubbed off on Shelby and she has a passion for taking her Jeep on trails throughout the state. She also likes to hike, fish, snowboard, and occasionally catch a Rockies game.
Shelby earned her Associate degree at Community College of Aurora. She then earned her Dental Assisting Certificate at Pima Medical Institute and shortly thereafter, joined the Williams Family Dentistry team. She loves learning more about dentistry and making each patient feel comfortable and welcome.
Margaret is a native of Iowa City, Iowa and graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa. Her focus was in Accounting and after graduation, she began working as the accountant for a graphic display company in Iowa City. After a couple of years, the band that she was in began touring nationally and she decided to take a leave from her accounting career in order to pursue music full-time. While singing in the band, Margaret traveled extensively, from coast to coast and even all the way to Hawaii. One of the most frequent places the band traveled to was Colorado and she always looked forward to their stops in Denver.
After almost 5 years of touring non-stop, the band took a break from life on the road and Margaret found an opportunity to work as a Business Office Manager at a dental office in Iowa City. In the several years she spent at that office, she found that she really enjoyed playing an integral role on the dental team and creating a positive and comfortable dental experience for every patient.
After her recent move to Denver, Margaret joined Williams Family Dentistry and is so glad she did! She really enjoys working with Dr. Williams and is excited to work alongside the rest of the great staff at this office to provide top-notch care to all of our patients. As a new Denver resident, Margaret spends much of her free time getting to know the city. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, hiking, traveling and seeing live music whenever she can.
Rachel grew up in a rural town in Connecticut where she spent most of her time pursuing classical music through the cello. She attended a Bible College in Murrieta, California, and graduated in 2012 with an Associates in Theology. There, she found a new outlet for music: playing with worship teams and bands, song-writing, and playing at open mic nights.
Rachel moved to Lakewood in September 2013 to help lead music and serve at Pilgrim City Church in Denver. Since moving to Colorado, she has fallen in love with the mountains, biking, running, photography, and hiking.
Outside of the office, Rachel plays in the Denver Philharmonic Orchestra, and works as a barista on the weekends. In her free time, she can be found cooking, playing one of her instruments, exploring with her camera, or trying out new coffee shops.
